Aston Martin AMB 001 ถูกสร้างเพื่อใช้วิ่งในสนามแข่งขัน แต่เชื่อว่าคนที่ซื้อรถไป คงไม่มีใครเอาไปลงแทรกเพื่อใช้แข่งขันจริงๆ แน่นอน

สำหรับ Aston Martin AMB 001 เกิดจากความร่วมมือของ Aston Martin และ Brough Superior โดยเครื่องยนต์มีพละกำลังสูงสุดที่ 183 แรงม้า อาจไม่ได้เร็วแรงเหมือนรถซูเปอร์สปอร์ต แต่ดีไซน์การออกแบบเรียกได้ว่าไม่ธรรมดา

 

30 คันแรกของ Aston Martin AMB 001 จะถูกส่งให้กับลูกค้าที่อยู่ในญี่ปุ่น ออสเตรเลีย และอเมริกาเหนือ โดยราคาจำหน่ายอยู่ที่ $108,000 (ประมาณ 3.6 ล้านบาทไทย)

จำนวนการผลิตของ Aston Martin AMB 001 ทั้งหมดอยู่ที่ 100 คันเพียงเท่านั้น และปัจจุบันทำเสร็จไปแล้ว 90 คัน เหลือเพียง 10 คันเท่านั้น ที่กำลังทำอยู่ ซึ่งไม่ต้องกลัวว่าจะไม่มีเจ้าของแต่อย่างใด เนื่องจากรถลักษณะนี้มีเจ้าของตั้งแต่ก่อนลงมือประกอบแล้ว
