การขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์โดยไม่มีป้ายแสดงการเสียภาษี และ พ.ร.บ. บนถนนหลวง ถือว่าผิดกฏหมาย
ป้ายภาษีหาย พ.ร.บ.หาย…ต้องทำยังไง? มาดูกัน
1. ไปแจ้งความที่ สถานีตำรวจท้องที่ ที่คุณคิดว่าทำหาย (เก็บใบแจ้งความไว้กับตัว ตลอดเวลาที่มีการนำรถออกไปใช้)
2. ถ้ารถยังผ่อนอยู่ ติดต่อแจ้งให้ร้าน หรือไฟแนนซ์เดินเรื่องให้
(ค่าใช้จ่ายแล้วแต่ร้านและไฟแนนซ์ แต่ส่วนมากจะไม่เกิน 300 บาท)
3. หากว่ารถเป็นชื่อเราแล้ว ให้เตรียมเอกสารดังนี้
- ทะเบียนพร้อมเอกสารเจ้าของรถ
- สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน
- สำเนาบัตรประชาชน
4. แล้วไปขนส่งที่ในโซนเขตที่คุณจดทะเบียนไว้ ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ขอทำใหม่ได้เลย (ป้ายสี่เหลี่ยม)
(ค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าคำขอ 5 บาท ค่าแผ่นป้ายแสดงภาษี 20 บาท)
5. พรบ. (เป็นสลิป) ต้องดูว่าเราทำไว้กับบริษัทไหน ก็ต้องติดต่อไปที่บริษัทนั้น ๆ และนำใบแจ้งความกับ เอกสารรถ ไปขอใหม่ได้เลย ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
